2024 年巴黎萨克雷大学研学夏令营日志——7.10

学习科学知识、参观卢浮宫博物馆、深入感受法国饮食文化,夏令营的第十天我们也收获满满。

早餐过后,法国学生向我们介绍了卢浮宫的基本情况,并且对下午的参观行程进行了讲解。详细的介绍使我们愈发期待下午的卢浮宫之行。介绍结束之后,开始今天的课程学习。Janek讲解了需要用到的生物信息学相关知识,然后将我们分为两组,分别进行微生物和分子生物学的实验。

进行分子生物学实验的同学中,一部分接着完成样品中DNA提取实验,另一部分对从湖水中分理出的菌落进行扩大培养。而进行微生物学实验的同学通过革兰氏染色区分从湖水中分理出的菌落的性质。另外,同学们还通过染色在显微镜下区分球菌和杆菌,并将它们分别接种在三种选择培养基上,为后续的实验做准备。在上午的课程和实验中,我们学习了很多科学知识,收获良多。

中午,迎着着巴黎柔和的阳光,我们乘车来到了卢浮宫外侧的广场。在翠绿的草地上,我们和其他游客们一同歇息,享受着此刻的宁静。

休息结束后,我们有幸参观了世界著名的卢浮宫博物馆。

踏入卢浮宫的那一刻,仿佛穿越到了历史的长河中。博物馆里珍藏的艺术品囊括了几千年的人类文明,每一件展品都蕴含着深厚的历史底蕴和文化内涵。从古埃及的石雕、希腊罗马的雕塑,到文艺复兴时期的油画,无不展现出人类智慧的光辉。

特别是达芬奇的《蒙娜丽莎》,虽然只是一幅小小的肖像画,却吸引了众多游客驻足欣赏。她神秘莫测的微笑令人着迷,仿佛诉说着永恒的智慧。

卢浮宫不仅是一座艺术殿堂,更是一部生动的世界文明史教科书。通过这些珍贵的文物,我对不同时期、不同地域的文化有了更深入的了解,也更加体会到艺术的魅力和价值。

参观完卢浮宫后,我们一同乘车来到了著名的Bouillon Chartier餐厅吃晚餐。这是一家历史悠久的餐厅,位于第9区的Folie-Méricourt街道,餐厅的内饰保留了传统的巴黎风格,高天花板、大镜子、木质镶板和黄铜灯具等装饰自然融合,让人仿佛置身于19世纪末的巴黎。

晚餐后,我们乘上大巴返程埃夫里。一日的疲惫在此弥散,渐渐漫入梦乡,为明天的羽毛球友谊赛积累活力。


On the tenth day of the summer camp, we were fully engaged in learning scientific knowledge, visiting the Louvre Museum, and profoundly experiencing French culinary culture, making it a day full of enriching experiences.

After breakfast, the French students briefed us on the basics of the Louvre and explained the itinerary for our afternoon visit. The detailed introduction ignited our anticipation for the museum visit. Following the conclusion of the introduction, we commenced today’s academic lessons. Jenak explained the relevant bioinformatics knowledge we would need and then divided us into two groups to conduct microbiology and molecular biology experiments, respectively.

Among the students participating in molecular biology experiments, some proceeded with the DNA extraction from the samples. Others worked on amplifying the culture of colonies isolated from the lake water. The students conducting microbiology experiments elucidated the properties of colonies isolated from lake water through Gram staining. Additionally, the students distinguished cocci and bacilli under the microscope by staining them and inoculating them on three selective media for subsequent experiments. From the morning classes and experiments, we learned a great deal of scientific knowledge and gained much insight.

At noon, basking in the gentle sunlight of Paris, we took a ride to the square outside the Louvre. On the verdant grass, we rested with other tourists, enjoying the tranquility of the moment.

After the rest, we had the privilege of visiting the world-renowned Louvre Museum.

The moment we stepped into the Louvre, we traveled through a long river of history. The museum's collections of artworks span thousands of years of human civilization, each piece hosting profound historical and cultural connotations. Ancient Egyptian stone carvings, Greek and Roman sculptures, and Renaissance oil paintings all showcase the brilliance of everlasting human wisdom.

Despite being a small portrait, Da Vinci's "Mona Lisa" attracts many visitors who stop and appreciate it. Her enigmatic smile is fascinating, seemingly conveying eternal wisdom.

The Louvre is not only a palace of art but also a vivid textbook of world civilization history. Through these precious cultural relics, I gained a deeper understanding of cultures from different eras and regions and also appreciated the charm and value of art even more.

After visiting the Louvre, we went to the famous Bouillon Chartier restaurant for dinner by bus. This historic restaurant is located on Folie-Méricourt Street in the 9th arrondissement. The restaurant's interior retains the traditional Parisian style, with high ceilings, splendid mirrors, wooden panels, and brass fixtures blending naturally, making one feel like they were in Paris at the end of the 19th century.

After dinner, we rode back to Évry by bus. The day's fatigue dissipated here, gradually merging into dreams, accumulating energy for tomorrow's badminton friendly match.
