早上七点的埃夫里市，天蒙蒙亮，太阳露出云层，缕缕阳光透过窗户，悄悄潜入我们新的一天。淅沥的车流在马路上相互交谈，红绿灯也闪烁着，向着清晨问好。

阵阵凉风在衣衫中穿梭嬉戏，我们踏着清晨的微风，开启了新一天的探索之旅。我们放下书包，穿上实验服，怀揣期待与热忱，推开实验室的大门。

DNA的提取与纯度检测，DNA的酶切与鉴定，湖水和混合菌液的革兰氏染色和鉴定，杆菌的API鉴定......科学家灵魂的光芒透过时间长河俯照在我们身上，愚公移山的精神在我们血液里翻涌沸腾。我们戴上手套，拿起移液枪，团结合作，有条不紊地进行着各项步骤。时间流逝，我们圆满完成各项实验任务，并亲手在收集表填上我们努力好几天的成果。

简单的午餐过后，我们步行前往体育馆。体育馆球场上，羽毛球网在大家的妙手下拉直绷紧，羽毛球拍被大家争先恐后抢在手里，羽毛球赛也在这种氛围下如火如荼地进行着。你一球，我一球，你来，我往，羽毛球像一个小精灵，蹦蹦跳跳，飞来飞去，可爱又活跃，为场上带来了笑语欢声。小组赛，淘汰赛，半决赛，决赛！杀球，勾球，大斜线，一个个精彩球应接不暇，让人眼花缭乱。大家聚集在场边，呐喊，加油，欢呼！所有人都沉浸在这场激烈精彩的比赛之中。

在这场中法友谊赛的背后仿佛看到了中法体育交融的影子。很久之前，中法两国便绘制起了体育交流的画卷，两国的专家与学者，教练与运动员的双向交流为两国体育事业的发展做出了巨大贡献。2022年北京冬奥会后，奥运赛历来到2024巴黎奥运会，奥运精神在东西方两个国家、两个城市间传递。期待在今年夏天的巴黎奥运会上，中法两国运动健儿在奥运舞台上书写体育文化交流新篇章。

At 7 o'clock in Évry, the sky was just beginning to lighten. The sun peeked out behind the clouds, and rays of sunlight quietly slipped through the windows, gently ushering in our new day. The traffic flow on the road interweaved in a symphony while traffic lights flickered and greeted the morning.

A cool breeze playfully weaved through our clothes as we stepped into the morning air, beginning a new day of exploration. We put away our backpacks, dressed in our lab coats, and pushed the laboratory door with wholehearted anticipation and passion.

DNA extraction and purity tests, DNA enzyme digestion and identification, Gram staining and identification of lake water and mixed bacterial solutions, API identification of bacilli…The light of the precursor scientist's spirit shined upon us through the time river, and the mind of perseverance coursed through our veins. We put on gloves, picked up pipettes, performed our duties, and worked together in an orderly manner. As time passed, we successfully completed all the experiment tasks and carefully recorded our hard-earned results over these days in the collection form.

After a brief lunch, we walked towards the gymnasium. On each badminton court, the badminton net was stretched taut under our skillful hands, and everyone eagerly grabbed a badminton racket. The matches began in such a lively atmosphere. One badminton after another flew back and forth like a nimble sprite, filling the court with laughter and cheer. Group matches, knockout rounds, semifinals, finals! Smashes, drop shots, and cross-court shots, each more spectacular than the last, dazzled us. Crowds gathered at the sidelines, shouting, cheering, and celebrating! At this moment, everyone was immersed in the thrilling and exciting game.

In the friendship match, we glimpsed the fusion of Sino-French sports. Long ago, China and France began painting the picture of sports exchange. Experts, scholars, coaches, and athletes from both countries have significantly contributed to developing their sports industries through mutual exchange.

After the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, the Olympic calendar has brought us to the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics, where the Olympic spirit is transmitted between two countries and two cities, from the East to the West. We look forward to Chinese and French athletes writing a new chapter in sports and cultural exchange on the Olympic stage in Paris this summer.
